I think driving that distance is a part of going to the gtg. Its nice just going out and crusing to some spot where everyone is going to hangout. I mean isn't that why we all love our cars, for the drive?

Exactly. Thats they way it was in Washington. That was half the joy of GTG's. Ill be coming from layton.

For those of you with out a Facebook, this is for you



I will be creating a page dedicated to "slammed saturdays" This is just a fast draft with the dates for each month, so that you can all prepare ahead of time! I will be doing one in Davis County, one in Utah County, and two more in SLC. My hope is that this will bring out more of the slammed cars that we don't generally see, and the people we don't have the opportunity to meet.
The turn out for the first one was awesome and I would love to expand. Though the event's main purpose is the collaboration of lowered autos, it would be awesome to include trucks, bikes or anything else modified. I came to the conclusion last time that there are were a ton of people that I have never met before, and it was awesome to hear/ share stories. It was a comfortable and peaceful meet and I hope to keep it that way.
If you live in Utah or Davis counties please message me any info about parking lots that have easy access from the freeway and for lowered cars. No malls or parking lots where rent-a-cops roam around.

I was also thinking I'd like to have something to do for everyone hanging out. So if you have any ideas lets hear them! For instance, game of skate, car limbo, tricycle races anything to keep people entertained!

Opinions on how to make this a better GTG message me!
