^^ indeed.. Getting the dash out of these things really isn't too bad though. It is a pain in the ass to do a heater core though.

I am hoping in the next week or two to have the car back up to the paint booth for blending both sides and doing some touch ups. While it is there hopefully my headlights will come in and my wheels will be that much closer to coming in. I am now searching for 195/40 for the front and 215/40 for the rear right now for the new wheels. I also am going to freshen up the steering in the front with new steering rack more than likely with all new tie rods (inner and outters). I am also going to do the rear bushing in poly with Powerflex's rear bushing kit I believe. After the entire refresh and mounted new wheels go on, I am going to dial in the suspension where I want it and align the car. I am also still talking with a local upholstery shop about recovering both my front and rear seats with red.. I also am thinking about buying the SEM factory quality interior dye/paint in black to do all panels and headliner pieces. I have the black visors, grab handles, dome light and all that jazz already. Just the next logical step lol.

So many plans.. So little time. I am wondering if it will get done before SOWO next year lol

Thanks guys. It will be a little slow going for the next week or so. I pan on hitting the ground running shortly. I have to get a few details ironed out of how it will all play out. I had also contemplated on having the motor and trans pulled before sending it back to paint to go ahead with the engine bay. So much to do lol

Sub'd this awesome build, looking sick so far H

However I have a question or need clarification on something that I may have missed the answer too....

I understand the Airbag light as you are aftermarket...but Why delete the CEL? Why not Fix the problem causing it so it functions as it should, for later on that is ??

I understand. The plan is to get the motor built sometime in the near future. It had two faults.. Secondary air which will remain there from delete until software is added. And O2 sensor which was replaced after I have removed the light. I need to clear codes and see what comes back. I will end up putting the light back in the cluster eventually. For now, I have it removed to not see the pesky light which won't be fixed until I decide what to do with the motor.

Totally makes sense....I figured with your skill/knowledge and attention to detail there had to be a legitimate reason and not like tons of kids do..."im just gonna unplug this so I don't have to see it"..I'm sure you know as well as I do any car no matter what make or model doesn't come with a CEL on from the factory....If its there there is a problem...Kids these days !!!

Cant wait for the final product !!

Ecodes are in and looking good. Still need to aim them, but it is dark and I did this at the house which my garage lighting and outside lighting sucks. I will get some pics of them installed soon.

Hard Parker Garage. Took a little while to get them as they weren't in stock when I ordered them. But the are in. They look much better than the stock headlights if I say so myself.

Thank you kind sir. Will look better once the wheels get on, finish up some paint work and blending on the doors, get teh seats done, and then the engine work and bay painting. I just bought another house. So this may be put a little further back on the priority list for a few weeks. But I will get back on getting her done.

    I know what you mean....

Bought this a year ago and after a "FUN" trip to AFGHAN, not to mention 2 kids in school to chase after I'm finally able tear into it at wide open speed but winter is right around the corner and the garage gets cold

I REALLY want to do an 8V_T but I am in love with the sound and potential in the VR so I'm still fighting myself on the "Final" road ill be taking with her..

The day I got her....done a few minor things since then but now she is in construction mode

Sorry I have not updated this in so long. My car has not seen daylight in a few weeks. Been sitting in the garage as I have been driving the truck. Work will begin again shortly.
