I am on my eighth set of wheels in three years.
    Stock offset is 35

Ew...ok. 215/40 is a must. 225/40 or bigger will rub. It will also look a little silly until you lower it.

Make sure you remove the front fender liner screw and roll the fenders.

I like how he continues to ignore this while he worries about throwing a CEL by swapping wheelss..

Some people aren't made for this.

Missed that part Aren't most oem wheels ball seat regardless of the car they came on? Thought conical was primarily just a aftermarket thing.

not on a 7.5 with a 225 in front hell be fine the rear you will need about 2 degrees of camber if lowered due to it being a 8 et 35

He's not lowered and doesn't seem to plan on doing it. I think it'll poke a little tire at stock ride height.

Welcome to Vortex. It doesn't get any better.

And it's cool you're doing this. Not my cup of tea on the wheels, but if you like them then throw them on. But definitely listen to these guys about the parts you need and the extra things you need to do to avoid damaging the car or destroying ride quality, they know what they are doing.

    False.

Be thankful this thread has lasted as long as it has without any real trolling or negative comments. This has been the most kind noob thread I have ever seen that didn't contain a young attractive girl.

I changed my oil with diluted KY Jelly and I really like it. Drove it 3 miles no problem yet. Highly recommend it.

You might as well just stop now then. At et35 you won't be able to run adapters because the offset will be far too low, and wobble bolts aren't available as a ball seat (as far as I know).

Looks like this wasn't meant to be.
