I rebuilt my 8v.. I had a bad ecu so my injectors weren't firing after that it was idling bad and I was told it was the throttle body.. the switch tested bad so I put a throttle body on it.. then it jumped time without me knowing.. died 16 times within 6miles.. I finally got it running good with good idle but it's still dying randomly while driving it. what could this be?

Need more information. Does it start right back up again? When does it die? When you're cruising, it'll just drop out? Or coming down to idle, it'll stall?
    I really suck at smog.

so I found out that the previous owner put a cis distributor on it.. now it runs a lot better but is not dying after I drive it for about 20 mins.. I figured it was a sensor because it wouldn't after I let it sit for awhile so I replaced the blue sensor and it is still doing the same thing. anyone have any ideas. it's digi2 btw

It has gotten to where its starts to cut out and act stupid after driving a couple miles. Its running real rich as well. If i push in the clutch without giving it gas itll die. Im thinking maybe ecu or throttle body?? Ive tried a maf already

Test your O2 sensor. Be sure your car is getting the proper mixture readings.

when I put another good isv on it revs up and down.. sometimes smooths out but starts back again if I drive it or rev it. when I unplug my coolant temp sensor it dies.. I also tried a different coil because I was questioning the resistance on mine and it's still cutting out when warm up
