What's my plan of action? I vaccuumed it out as much as possible and ran the fans full blasty for a while so the foam could work itself out, but it's like the neverending fountain of stuff to ruin your work clothes in the vents. What am I not doing to make my vents less nasty?

I found this pic. This is what it is doing. I just cannot find a DIY or better means of fixing this besides replacing the "climate box."(not sure what it is exactly called)

Age and heat causes the foam to disintegrate. No real fix. Deal with it or spend a bunch of money to replace the "air distribution housing" as it's referred to in the Bentley. This involves taking out the dash, etc. I imagine this is not an inexpensive part.
