Hello all,

I'm trying to find a decent price on replacement side-view mirror glass with both heating AND auto-dimming features for my 2007 Touareg. It seems that the auto-dimming feature is fairly hard to find, and much more expensive than glass that doesn't have it. (Auto-dimming seems to have 4-pin rectangular connector.)

Also, if anyone has an opinion as to whether the extra money would be worth it, I'd like to hear it. (For what it's worth, my windows are tinted...not sure how much difference that would make in the decision.)

Finally, if anyone knows if a way to buy the lens for the turn signal unit mounted in the side-view mirror without having to buy the whole unit, I would be most appreciative...need that on passenger side as well. If I have to buy the whole unit, would like to know best price from any of you who sells these.
