I have a question about your car. In the second and third picture of the front end, see how your grill sits inwards and the hood looks like its popped up just a little is that because of the core support was pushed in a little? I just bought a car and it looks exactly the same way and was wondering if i buy a core support if the alignment of the bumper/grill area will be back to normal with the hood also. Thanks

I have no idea, I inspected the core support and stuff when I pulled it apart and nothing seemed bent. The plate the hood lock is part of could just be bent up a touch but I'm not totally sure man.

Yes it is, only have the knob, the boot is a plaid shirt but looks good if you want that too.

Jetta liftvents, all working none broken
have the 2 blank button covers, asr, hazard, and defrost switches
the silver trim is just paint, its not the polished good stuff.

Not to threadjack the OP, but to answer your question, if there is no frame damage (if the hit wasn't too strong and straight on) then if you replace the radiator support (if the hood or supports) aren't bent, then there's a good chance it could look straight.
