UPDATE: I had this code come up after having the CEL checked. Idk if this helps with any of the other information.

This problem has been present for a few weeks now and I can't determine what is wrong. After the turbo begins to spool and reaches anywhere from 12-15 psi my car bogs out and sputters. I don't know if it's the turbo, fuel, or maybe even an intake problem. If anyone has any suggestions or comments that could help me out that would be awesome.

In trying to diagnose and solve this problem I have replaced the MAS, put in new plugs, ran seafoam through out the engine and have also treated the gas. None of this worked and I am really clueless.

THE LINK BELOW SHOULD TAKE YOU TO A VIDEO OF THE PROBLEM... Quality isn't the best but if you listen closely you should be able to hear the issue. Thanks everyone.

Have you tried replacing your fuel filter?

    I would start with that.

Know it sounds stupid, but could be your gas cap not shutting properly.

I just replaced my old plugs w/ NGK laser platinum plugs and it cleared everything up. Finally back to normal...

Looks like you got it fixed. However, a lot times that code is due to a bad purge valve.

I have the symptoms of a bad purge valve (I.E. fluctuating hard idle after refueling). Any idea where I can get one?
