16vt Diagnosis Help: Video Inside

Hey all. I am looking for some educated guesses as to what this sound is. The sound started a few weeks back while I was driving in a tunnel and could hear a distinct vague ticking sound coming from the engine bay. It is not apparent at idle, only when accelerating and gets faster with acceleration. Turn up your speakers and listen for the ticking during acceleration- I also do a few blips with the throttle and u can hear it. Engine still pulls hard, but I have noticed my oil level was slightly lower than it should be.

My thoughts:
•Bad CV Joint (I found a tear in the right inner-grease has been flung on my exhaust)
•Spun Bearing (but I would hear a much louder slapping or knocking sound no?- and it would be heard at idle from the oil pan)
•Normal engine noise? (maybe I just have not been paying attention haha
•Exhaust Leak near Turbo?
