So despite raising several tickets and calls about the poor service etc. They refuse to let me out of the contract. When it switched from Qwest to Century link it got worse, I was misled and told that the contract break was $300, when i fact it was 300$ for the phone $300 for the internet and $75 for the long distance that I never asked for...
Now they refuse to work with me and let me out early, even with a prorated contract break, rather than the full $700.
I have almost $100,000 in medical bills stacking up, and an empty shop which they are not the least bit sympathetic to. If there is anyone with any connection that could help I would be very grateful.
I am willing to do whats fair, I have fulfilled more than 3/4 of the time of my contract, I would happily pay 1/4 of the contract break fees. Even half, But $700 for being 7 months away from my contract end date is ridiculous
Thanks

Man that sucks! I have a co-worker who has a parent that works there, let me see if there's anything she might be able to suggest or do to help. I'll let you know.
You could sick Breanna on them... she loves to argue with people on the phone and has gotten businesses to do quite a bit of good faith for us in the past.![]()

They are quite possibly the worst people to deal with, the service provided is also garbage but why would they need to do any better if it costs an arm and a leg to break the contract.
