I've used them before, for lots of parts. But we don't want to have to travel to boring for laser parts...

Or Hillsboro, which is almost the same distance in the other direction.

There is one more that I know of, but it's literally next to my last shop where half of the staff at my new shop used to work and they have an ongoing contract with another local tank shop. My boss wants to avoid using them if possible.

This conversation has nothing to do with a GTG though, except that Bryan should come out.

If this is at a time I can come out there, I will. The Tuesday GTGs aren't a good night for me as I do dinner with my parents every week on Tuesdays.

      Yes sir!
They are just standard kegs that I bought from a local brewery because they were damaged. I then cut the damaged lid off and cleaned them up.

I'd just like a couple bungs welded in so I can add valves or thermometers down the line.

So heres the deal with steakburger..apparently the owners aren't completely down for cruise-ins because they have been burnt in the past by people taking up all their parking and just standing in the parking lot and not spending any money..which is understandable..they have a business to run.
The manager I spoke to said the if we were to have a cruise-in there we would all need to be customers basically, and that 20-30 people is probably fine but more than that they cant handle along with their regular flow of customers.
Now when i had this idea i wasn't expecting more than 20 local cars..but you never know who will get a wild hair and show up..lol
So I would like to get a head count of people that might show up and actually spent money...even if you are 50/50..i need to know the max number of people i'm dealing with so I know if I need to find another spot..

      Thanks!

Do they need a sanitary finish or do you just want the bungs welded on. Do you have all the parts already? What are they being used for? Little mash tun and kettle?
