84 Scirocco project for sale

1984 1.8 8v scirocco for sale $800. here is the list of parts I have replaced:
Seats
ball joints
tie rod ends/boots/driver side tie rod assembly
high and low oil pressure switches (sensors)
coil
cap
rotor
plugs
wires
new oil 10w-30 or 40 I don't remember also filter
air filter
gears realigned so they are right
almost done with exhaust gaskets
valve cover gasket
rubber brake lines that are only like a foot and a half
water pump is bran new
replaced the alt belt and the other short one but not the timing belt
I think there is new coolant in it not G12 because it was more a test for my water pump to make sure there were no leaks left..no reason to dump quality stuff all over the ground..
thermostat is also bran new
only sensor you'd need to replace is the one for oil temp the one in there had that little circle top you just clipped into but the top broke off..they are the ones that come in the kits when you buy a new oil gauge or if you can find it they are not that much
It DID pass inspection last time had to redo the horn so now it is on a button not on the wheel but it was good enough for inspection so what ever.

injector o rings both top and bottom only 3 of the 4 are new because i broke the one big one on the bottom so i just put one of the old rings back on which was the best one out of the group so they should be fine now



I sanded the car down and did a quick half asses primer job because of how bad it was STARTING to rust does not look like any of it got super terrible but I sanded it all down as I just said and sprayed the car

I was in the process of finding vacuum leaks which my plan is to just replace all the lines and T fittings and what not so its just new. My current issue is my intake manifold which is pissing me off it has the 4 holes in it to match up just fine but the block has actually a 5th hole for what ever and there is nothing covering it. the guy before had a plate there with some rtv type stuff which is what we are doing just to get it back to the point where it can idle again

Anyway reason I'm selling is I NEED a daily. This was supposed to be it but obviously with my parts list up there you can see that hasn't happened yet so I say project but really it would either be a car for you to do a motor swap just to get rid of the stupid CIS or to finish up whats left. when i had the valve cover off the cams looked just fine it runs fine minus these damn vaccuum leaks. I replaced everything else that I thought would have been causing the problem.

With the car comes the seats I had before in it now its the 16v seats with the black leather around the outside. Also would be the haynes manual and the chiltons manual. You will also get a hodgepodge of random parts i got with the car in 3 tubs. its not a TON of stuff but its some random pieces here and there.

both sides have new ends the driver was replaced with the whole assembly because the stock one is non adjustable so i had to cut it off and then use my inner tie rod tool to remove it and install the new one



like 3/4 the way through sanding but proof I did at least that much and reprayed it quick so it didn't just rust again
