Mk1's at VW Cult Cassic 7

Last Sunday I went down to Coopersburg, PA for the 7th VW Cult Classic. It was my first time attending the show. I had only just finished fixing up the Caddy the night before, and it hadn't been on the road in seven months. Great time for a 300 mile road trip, eh?

Installing the thermostat housing, t-stat, new belts, fixing loose boost gauge etc...


I met up with Dogpizza from the forums to ride down together. He just bought a cool Sportruck in FL.

And a quick pit stop in Coopersburg before rolling into Memorial Park

Finally got to meet Ivan






Crazy, was this on a Jeep chassis? Looked to have a V8 inside.












Nice meeting Matt and seeing that shade of Oceanic Blue in person. Nice build.

Saw some interesting rides in the parking lot, too.
