You must take into consideration that you are only selling yours for $9.81 less but you are not offering a warranty, nor can you because you are not a business.

From my experience, as a private seller, you will have to lower your price substantially to attract buyers. JMHO, but I have been wrong many times in my life before.

He did say shipped...... Ecs will tack on another $15 bucks for shipping. Warranty.... Really???? It's a glovebox. Not some intricate/expensive mechanical part know for failure even if you bought it from a dealer the OEM warranty is 12 mo 12k miles.

So................are you going to purchase one, or both of them?

Since you think they are such a great deal, I guess you will be reselling them with a 12,000 mile warranty?

I believe the underseat drawers are a fun install, but due to the fact that, as you said, are nothing more than a "Glovebox", as a private seller, they should go at a price that actually reflects their value which is considerably less than the asking price.

Of course, all of my diatribe is nothing more than personal opinion and should only be taken at face value.

I understand that what you are offering is definitely saving all of us a few bucks. I for one, if I could justify that much money for the Cubby, would jump on the chance. I just wish that VW, OEM accessories were not sooooooo over priced. JMHO.

I know that this is not your fault. Bottom line, the Germans are greedy where it comes to pricing VWs and the Accessories. And, I sincerely believe that even though other manufacturers are similar, VW and other European car makers are a lot worse than the Asians. Perhaps some of it has to do with the dollar losing its value the past couple of years due to our horribly increased debt. But I digress.

If you have other accessories that you believe we would be interested in and the cost isn't too overboard, I'm sure we would be glad to hear about them.

My CC has a Cubby that is OEM.

I will admit that it has some value every now and then but to install one in an Eos will require the removal of steel interior bracing at the fire wall that was added by VW for safety reasons.

I believe, but may be wrong, that only north American Eos models have this extra bracing.

Otherwise, I am for all mods. Read my signature.
