    if i want to go lower and i rub my sway bar is this what i need?

    It really comes down to how low you want to go. If You have a moderate drop and rub the sway bar occasionally yes it will help a lot but if you go very low this will help but very minimally. I had no wheel gap on stock 17 inch wheels and used these but now that I'm lower I have no need for them. Ended up getting a different sway bar.

    well im on coilovers and i could go way lower in the fron but my sway bar hits my frame when i hit a bump. i just need more space to drop it

    The end links will be good right up until you start tucking tire. At least for me they where.
