Glad to see the trailer on Youtube now. I saw the trailer posted on a Photobucket account a few days before the official trailer was out. It was down in less than a day.

Looks good so far. RZA and is affiliations....not too often does a person not from the film industry get a chance like this. Even considering he is a martial arts fanatic like Quentin.

Bumblemouth RZA's pet project looks pretty fun. Like a live action video game.

    Here's the red band trailer:

Looks like a good ol' fashioned ass-kicking wild ride. I've read some reviews that RZA's acting was a little lacklustre but I'll reserve any judgment until I see this one. And I definitely will see this one.

I expected it to not be very good. I was not disappointed.

Was it really that bad? What was it in particular? Was it the acting, the plot, the action sequences, the characters? I have yet to see it and will most likely see it regardless, but just curious...

just go see it during matinee, i saw it yesterday. if you are expecting crouching tiger hidden dragon or something like that, this is not it. Its done in the same tone is grindhouse...a homage to old kung fu flicks. The wigs were terrible, rza shouldn't have narrated it, but the action was awesome, pretty chicks, and Russell Crowe!
I found a liquor store, and i drank it!

I've been to China and nobody speaks English as well as it's portrayed here, let alone ancient China.

Well Duh. Did you just realize who the RZA was and what his fascination was?

Your style is very good but no match for mine...Great Kung Fu flick, they should have really gone retro and slipped in some dubbed dialog old school style it would have been hilarious

LOL, nothing says "homage" better than a few well-placed poorly-dubbed lines in a martial arts movie!
