Have you checked anything? You're going to have to do a little trouble-shooting on your own, first. Have you checked plugs, plug wires, rotor, rotor cap, coil, fuel pump filter?

It's bound to be in your firing system or fuel system, but there are a LOT of variables in there.
It's hard for anyone to just throw out a fix for, "My car is bucking" when you haven't done anything under the hood to remove the obvious stuff first.

Start with those, if they all turn out ok, then we've got somewhere to go with it.

Plugs, rotor+cap, coil and plugs wires are okay within omh specification. I also spray water on them.

I checked my ground and they are okay.

I'll first try to change my fuel filter and see what is happening.

do your fuel filter and due a fuel injector cleaner treatment. this was happening on my 8v last week and I did a fuel filter change and it fixed the bucking issue immediately. the fuel that came out of the filter was black.
