For sale: 1995 Volkswagen Jetta with the 2.0 liter naturally-aspirated four cylinder and 5-speed transmission. It has 149,6xx miles.

$1500 OBO



It has new Sumitomo HTR A/S P01s with less than 2k miles on them. The front and rear brakes were done less than 1k miles ago. I have also replaced or upgraded in the past 30k miles:

Emergency brake cables and guides
Master cylinder
Oil pan gasket
Spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, coil, and rotor
Rear struts
Headliner
MkIV shift knob
Timing belt and water pump (at 101k miles)





Does not come with the Golf Sport seats pictured. It comes with regular GL seats in fair condition.

Things that still need mending: the car leaks oil and antifreeze. I have routinely put G12 and Castrol in the car. The front passenger side wheel bearing is shot. The car stutters after a few minutes at operating temperature. It has the original clutch and the bite point is very high in the clutch pedal travel. There is some light body damage on the rear driver side fender above the wheel well. The fan does not operate in positions 1 and 3. The fan direction is set to defrost only.

Car is prewired for aftermarket stereo, 2 amplifiers, and subwoofer (not included)

They are out of the '95 Golf Sport. Plaid seats. The car is a celebration edition though.
