Its oe and got replaced with block rebuild. Nothing wrong with it when pulled. The odometer read 100+ and doubt they previous owner had to change it out and looks original, so doubt it's been replaced. But it had no issues and was only replaced as a whole to replace the intake tubing, which sits in the oil pan, which I cleaned up anyway after replacing
