After ecu is out of the car before start up you have to go into the ecu and clear all codes or car wont start. Hopefully for you thats all it is

i wish it was that simple, but the problem is , i cant even acces the codes, if i going in vag com
select module, 01 engine and try to comunicate it says no response from controller, i could get the codes scanning from instrument cluster and a full scan works too but not read the engine itself.

Do you have the plug n play chipor is it soldered in? Who installed the chip in the ECU?

It sounds like it could have been installed improperly or backwards. Also any kind of static could erase, clear or burn out the motherboard very easy.

Try using someone else's ECU (someone's with the IMMO defeat) and see if it works in your car, or try yours in someone else's car if you have the immobilized defeat.

Also just check the main harness connections to ensure the clips are tight and the seals are tight.

I hope it all works out for you man.

well i found gthe issue, the ecu is FRIED, chip was installed impropely and i think they short my ecu, anyways i already have one and um is gonna take care of it, i not gonna say the name of the company who installed cuz they do have a good reputation in the area and also in the forums, its a local company , and i think one person mistake should not affect the whole company, im running my standalone now, but im waiting for my new ecu with um software and see what it can do..
