    love the shaved 20th bumpers, R bumpers are awesome too... not an easy choice both are killer

    Means a lot man yeah the more flake the better.

    Not sure on wheels this time around. Might run the 3SDM wheels in the white and polished finish when they come out, and save for something new next year.

    I plan on this one going way past where the mk5 was. I can't wait.

    It was definitely a hard choice, but I still have my shaved bumpers so I can always switch back whenever I want. Thinking about getting them painted at the same time.

    Thannks for all the kind words everyone!

    I'm really happy with how the paint color turned out. Just enough of a difference for people to have to do a double take. And as for the R bumpers, I just think they look a lot cleaner and more smooth than the GTI ones. Plus I got a hell of a deal on them so I had to do it.

    Next on the list is to get my exhaust made and start building everything else.

    It's been a while since I've visited the MKIV forums since I sold my R32 back in February, but this build is ****ing awesome! If I were ever to buy another MKIV, it would be something exactly like this, one with good interior/engine but ****ty exterior so I could shave things and repaint it. This turned out amazing, and I love the color! My R32 had a badgeless grille, and i just think it looks so good with the R32 front bumper. Keep it up dude, can't wait to see where this goes!
