its located right behind the radiator fan shroud.
this is what the part looks like

You don't need to cut anything. There are 2 bolts on either side, un-hook the misc. wires and one master plug and its out.

Im pretty sure those wires do plug from one side and go to the fans. If that is part of the fans then ill sell the fans.

there is one plug with the main clip and the others are just crimped to the fan wires. I just took mine off a few days ago.

Yes but the car sat outside before I got it and seats are in pretty poor shape

The dash is in the car but bags did go off. Ill ck the condition

if the interior is black, do you have the arm rest folding top part? just the top of it that opens and closes. mine will not stay shut due to the handle being broken
