In exchange, I'll send down some Pyramid/Widmer/Deschutes/Rogue Beer, some smelly, self-hating trustafarians from the Evergreen State College, "I Don't Shop at Walmart" bumper stickers for the handful of Subarus in Louisiana, some curbside all-in-one recycling bins, free range chicken and some ash from Mt. St. Helens.

Ah my hometown Portland. Where it doesn't rain nearly as much as Seattle and, yes, people definitely drive slow. Whats the rush? Enjoy all the green scenery. Also home to the best fresh food in the country. When you first buy a car it is required to be a Subaru or VW, Once you make enough money you are required to buy an Audi from one of one dealer in the greater Portland area. I always wanted to make some money and open a Subie/Audi dealership and give Sunset Audi a little competition. BTW if the rain gets you down just skip over to Central Oregon for a few days. Best kept secret in Oregon.
In 2 recent TV shows set in Portland the main character drives a Land Cruiser (Life Unexpected-FJ60, Grimm-FJ62)
I'm only fighting with @Pace_Foods in order to gain the attention of @danicamckellar. It's like a real mellow John Hinckley situation.
And our beaches aren't chump change either. And we have a gazillion lakes.
You have the year round weather, I'll give you that. And believe it or not LA real estate is cheaper than Van, which is mental.
A bunch of people arguing over which city is better because they happen to live in it. Great. Welcome to the geography lounge.
Stretched, poke, rubbed......sounds like a porn stars butt hole.
