The Buzz Bomb is not going down,atleast with out it being blown to smitheriens.
It got 3/4 gutted for Sabine.Now sabine is going to give up a few parts.
It still ran a 17.74. With my crap reaction time.I didnt pound on her just had fun.

So I have decided to go CIS with a 9A and a Air conditioning added.

The donor car is a 86 I am taking the wireing It has a 8v with A/C.I am taking it all but the engine wire harness.I have the 16v harness.
Need a header,and pulleys for the front of the engine,and A/C lines.
Time to go town now.
If I can straighten out the rear quater I will paint,or atleat paint in stages.
This is first before Sabine.

I am taking block,A,B,D,E,H,K,L,P,and I have C.
This sit is great I can look at my phone and pin out with the bently open,and my notes.
Between the three I am not so scared about the wireing it actualy make it a lot easier.
This for 85 and up.I wish I can find one for 84,83,and last but not least 74 to 82.

Next i am going to vacumm out the cab,run wires,install air conditioning.
Sunday i am pixking up wire end for heater box/air conditioning.
i have 90% the ac parts,i need hard lines.

So sence anticipation is killin me.Here is a up date.


That pics old,but i got 99% of 30 years of grime gone.

I cleaned out the grime and found tiny disruption in the seam seal.(old pic)
Minor,minor disruption.If it cracks its going 100%RWD.

For now I am starting to smooth out and wire tuck.The paint was so white the phone could not live up to expectations.

Back to cleaning,....L90E,....I chose alpine White.

the wires on the floor go the left side engine bay.

piecing together the front suspension.next rack n pinion rebuild DIY,.
Now down to this side of fire wall this is where A2 rescorce comes in play.
Thus is the reason I picked the 86 up wire harness.
I can look at phone,and bently manual,and take/ look at notes.
I have the 76/ to 83 pinned out for the cluster/steering colomn.
Different story,atleast the 86 harness will give me practice.Although the 2 are very
simular.

So i needed the big positive wires to engine bay.
The 86 fuse block/harnes had issues.

Well plans shifted,I switched jobs amd my scirocco is in my friends shop.
To make long story short I had to slap it back together.
So far I have almost completed,wire harness swap.When I close my eyes alls
I see are wires.
I ohmed out from possitive cable to fuse block hots,and looked for tone on grounds.
No tone on grounds,and I only have tone on half of the fuses.
Got new rear beam,and brakes are in and bleed.
I have to undo the transfer pump wire red/yellow,and tie in the fuel lever sensor.
Now I am going to use my ol J/H.
But future plans I wish to V2.2 it.
I want to use map daddy4,
I have not finished pollished G-60 intake,with a LARGE throttle body with a TPS.
Run mega squirt of hall effect with aids,like TPS,map daddy 4.So the comp can see when the
butter fly opens you can react off of the loss of / load.
I am tempted to fitty shot it.
I am getting ancious.
I am short fly wheel and clutch.Also down to 1 transmission.
