So, what's this 034 mod ? We, the people who have inquired, surmised it must have the 402 mod. Nobody cares if the previous two owners were women who often neglect the oil change intervals, nor does anyone searching need to be told that it's "only" 8 years old. Unless you were willing to provide the VIN, you have no means to prove it's age anyway. In fact, it could actually be over 9 years old depending on it's build date, or barely 8 years, so it's pointless unless you are willing to be a stand up seller and provide the things that "real" buyers want to know.
The VIN is used to check the history as well as verify factory build info. For all we know you're a scammer.

I'm looking at two local cars this weekend. Sorry but that how it goes. Your car might be wonderful but the attitude can easily make it not worth the effort for people when it's already tricky enough to buy a non-local car.

Dude just drop it and unsubscribe from the thread. The guy is not a dick and has no attitude. If you didn't like the original post, you should have moved on. I have talked to the seller and he is straight forward.

I've met the owner and didn't seem like a scammer at all to me, matter of fact he backed his Allroad in my driveway and car seemed clean and legit.

Jwest is taking this way too far. I know the owner personally, and it's a clean car that shouldn't provide any surprises. I hope jwest finds his unicorn of a car he's looking for so he can stop bitching about this one.
