FS: 2004 Touareg V8 - Acworth, GA - $9000 OBO

I have for sale my 2004 Touareg.
Almost fully loaded with grey leather interior, GPS, though, No air suspension.
Needs front brakes and it overheats, most likely the thermostat.
UPDATE:
-No longer overheats! Replaced thermostat, water pump and timing belt with tensioners.
-New Battery.
-Paid off this month! title en route!
I was going to order the water pump, thermostat and timing belt kit and do all that.
then do the front brakes.
But I would be willing to sell pretty cheap, say 9k OBO, if someone is interested in doing the work. the price drop should cover the repairs.
Need to get rid of it because I honestly do not have time to fix it., plus I recently got a new job with a company car and I do not use the T-reg much at all.
Very open for best offers.
KBB gives it a $11,900 value. I would give this vehicle a "fair" rating only due to the repairs needed. Like I mentioned, my price drop should more than cover for the repairs.

If I end up doing the work the price goes up but I still need to get rid of it.

good:
around 85,000 miles on it.
4 new tires, less than 5k on them
driveshaft replaced about 5k ago.

bad:
TPMS replaced, but still not working, go figure, I have them disabled.
tip doesn't work, because I lost the little activation magnet when you slide it over to use tiptronic.
needs front pads and rotors
needs thermostat. <---FIXED!
Could use a battery. <--- Battery replaced with New December 2012

Also, I do not have the title in hand. still owe on the vehicle <--- Paid in full this month (Jan) waiting on title to be sent in mail

Received timing belt kit and thermostat today. Water pump on the way.
Will be doing repairs soon and I will not raise the price.

I have all repaired except the front brakes.
They still stop fine with no grinding noise. just have the warning light on the dash.
I have friends and family in the Martinsburg, WV / Hagerstown, MD area and have no problem driving it up that far.
Do you have a pic of the 337?

All maintenance is up to date.( Belt , pump, sensors, and suspension bushings all replaced ) Front end had a respray about 3 years ago. Car is Highway miles @ 115k I believe. currently working on a headlight mod but
not the ones on the vehicle its an extra pair i have gathered.

BBS wheels are not on the car - it has porsche twist reps on it. Check my Posts

Sorry everyone for my lack of response. Work has been crazy.
My wife is now considering keeping the Touareg. we only have 2 payments left.
I will repost once it's paid off and see if we are still selling.

It is officially paid off and the title is on it's way to us.

We still want to sell. I have my eyer on a Jetta that I am wanting, so the sooner I can sell, the better.
Front brakes still need done. I may get to them soon and will post if/when they are done. But price may go up a bit if I do them.

My lender sent my title to the wrong address. (they never seemed to send the bill to the wrong address!! ) Hoping to get it this week sometime.
I have someone interested in it we were to meet up this past weekend, but I was without title.
Supposed to meet him this weekend if he doesn't buy another one first.
