The time has come to part with my 1998 VW Cabrio GLX. The car is a 2.0 automatic with just about every option you could get new in 1998. Triple black, Leather heated sport seats, fog lamps, power top, power mirrors, power windows, keyless entry, alloys, am/fm/cassette. Mileage is just under 80k. In the last year I have installed a new exhaust, new Michelin Pilots (less than 5k on them), new brakes (less than 5k on them), and a new battery (3 months old). Convertible top is fabric and is mint, no tears or cracks. Runs and drives great, oil changed every 3k miles. PA State Inspection good til the end of the year. It's got a few marks here and there as any used car would and a little rust is starting to show at the bottom edge of the front fenders (It was there when I bought the car three years ago and hasn't gotten any worse). Bump. Car also has a brand new VW starter installed two weeks ago. PA state inspection also done and passed with flying colors and good until July of 2013.
