    The Passat harnesses fit the Mk2 bay a lot nicer then the Mk3 harnesses... As the Mk3 harnesses have about 1 1/2-2 feet of extra wiring on the drivers side... Along with having to figure out what to do with the headlight wiring ext.

    The Passat harness also allows the use of your stock Mk2 Headlight & Radiator Fan harnesses for that Came from the Factory OEM look...

    All in all I feel that the Passat harnesses make for a MUCH MUCH cleaner more OEM look on the Mk2's compared to the Mk3's harness...

    Isn't there another difference as well? Something to do with ingnition of fireing? I have been looking for this harness for a while and hoping that it will fix my 91 coupe aba swap. Supposedly my aba came from obd2 Passat and def has the Passat intake mani but I have been unable to get the engine to run. Locals tell me I need this harness.

    What is the real dif between this and a regular obd2 mk3 harness.
