VEHICLE IS RUNNING NOW

Last Night (7/6/12) coming back from great adventures I hit a a man hole that was stick up on the HWY (I87) causing the oil pan to break and the passanger air bag to deploy. Anyways;
The good:
Fresh Paint job at my dads body shop
TT chip (107,500 miles)
valves and retainers (107,500)
Cams (107,500)
Rebuild Head (107,500)
water pump changed (107,500)
Timing belt changed (107,500)
Straight piped with magna flow muffler
Beilsteins springs and shocks
Fun daily driver especially in the summer/spring
A/C works
Heat works
Heated Seats work

The Bad
oil pan is broken (oil pan was replaced so vehicle is running)
passanger side air bag is deployed
soft top has two rips on the side (NO water leaks in)
Car will come with steelies (Rims are not Mine they were borrowed to go to the vw shows)
Car might be to loud for some

Im Willing to trade the car for something running must be manual or will sell for $2500
