    1988 Honda CRX ONE Owner, Female owned FLORIDA Car. SOHC 1.5 HF 5 speed manual w/ factory A/C. 116,000 miles stock unmolested engine. Only added 2.25" chrome header in order to build 2.25" exhaust to fill rear bumper openings. Purchased from 49 year woman with most all of her service records back in Jan. 04. Vehicle was built to show product. Body redone with one of the last original Ground Designs 2000 12 piece "Black Widow" body kits and professionally installed by Creative Motoring Designs of Ft. Lauderdale. All body & paint materials were PPG & 3-M. Projector Headlights w/halo rings, clear sides & turn signals, Lexus license lamps & JDM tail lights. Sparco fuel cap & funnel, MOMO Monte Carlo leather wrap steering. 17" Ruff 6 spoke wheels & 1.5" aluminum spacers w/215-40-ZR17 Nexen rubber. Suspension: lowering springs and coilovers w/ new KYB shocks. Interior also custom painted with new seat skins & rugs. All new seals, rubbers, moldings and windshield.     People can ask whatever they want. There is no used car value on that car; it's a show car and people can add up their receipts and shoot for whatever crackhead price they want.

    Funny, to me that car would have more value bone stock than after all the "work" they put in to it.

    I like some of the mods but they just prove when it comes to resale time, all those mods can be like throwing $$$ out the door. I still miss my 1986 CRX Si though, which I bought brand new.

    So it's a two owner car then (modder bought car from woman - that makes two), not that it really matters. This is why I refuse to mod any vehicles that I own (within reason anyway). I always see people driving down the road in cars/trucks/SUV's, etc. that have thousands of extra dollars poured into them. Then they complain when they go to get rid of them that they can't recoup their money. Duh........Yeah, yeah, I know it's some people's hobby and many people pull most of that stuff before resale, but still..........
