I like that color.
LB3V?but the door says a diffeent date it doe not match the year to the paint code in my sig.
Oh its metallic you cant tell in the picture.

My '85 is the same colour (although with the state of the paint on mine, you wouldn't believe it!). One of the rarer ones, from my limited experience. I wonder if that '86 just got some leftover paint from the previous year, or whether Titian Red was available in other years for the US market. Regardless of that, I really like the colour. I'm saving my pennies to have mine resprayed (right now, the clear coat is totally ruined).

I got the door the door cards were dam near mint.Brown but had great vynl.
I go the drivers side the passenger side was gone.
I would have loved to save it.
I stuffed the door with the weather strip for the roof,turn signals off the front.
And I am plucking the wire harness.
It had A/C power mirors,the engine harness I will use the 16v harness.
So I am running a 93 passat compressor,with the 82 evap and codensor.
I am also taking the hard lines.
It had 177 k on it.
Yes truely sad to the one go out like that.
I love the color.
