Thread: WTB: Brake Proportioning vavle from 85-87 4KQ

    In need of a brake proportioning valve that sits under the master cylinder. mine is leaking like crazy! looks like this.

    Look on Rock Auto Parts or Parts Geek. They both have them but they aren't cheap. I wouldn't buy a used one. At Carlisle Import and Kit Car at lot of the Audi's were running the Wilwood adjustable proportioning valves but you have to remove one of the lines, the banjo coming off the master cylinder, and replace it with a regular line to make it work.

    yeah i just dont want to spend the money.. used will get me down the road!

    Around $60 for the Wilwood adjustable proportioning valve as a thought.

    No there is a cheaper one that just has single inlet and outlet. Check Summit or Speedway catalogs and you should see quite a few. They are much cheaper without the brake light switch.
