Thread: my G60 swop into mk1

    whats up peeps im from South Africa Cape Town and i imported a G60 motor and have fitted it into a mk 1,nearly running still doing a few odds and ends so thought id add up some pics to show you the progress, Here in cape town there is basically no G60 here as we do not get corrados here so yea im pritty exited to get here on the road, this golf is a 1988 citi sport 1.6 carb was modified then blew the motor , then converted to fuel injection running gotech management with imported 2L 8v motor running on ITBs then had that motor for 2months anf go bord and wanted 2 be differnt so got a G60 here are some pics.........car was just resprayed in the pics so interior and stuff still getting done....hope u like

    I find Photo bucket easy to use

    suks comming from south africa bro coz here aint the stuff u guys can get i must import bro suck its ok there is basicaly no g60s here on our roads and motors are hard to find here
