depending on how low you are you can get in and around the theatres ok , but definantly dont try to drive out or near the exits they are mostly full of huge gaping potholes....my mk4 is low but not slammed by any means and i cant even drive out the exits there i have to ask them to let me drive out the entrance because i cant even drive out atleast of 2-3 of the 5 exits... i think there is 1 with no potholes lol with that said i usually take the wifes unlowered mk5 to the drivein so i dont have to deal with it.... her unlowered mk5 will scrape around the pothole city exits haha

there have been talks of it closing for years.... but i was down there a few weeks ago to see movies and everything was business as usual, no signs or talk of closing..... the only way they would pull in more business tho is if they renovated the damn place... half the poles wiring is fried

I went last Friday and saw Spider man and Men in Black both movies are okay. If you stay for both be ready for a long night. We left the house at 7:15 and got home around 2:00 and I only live about 20 minutes from the theater. As for lowered cars be careful there are some big pot holes in the theater we were in. You can easily see them going in (day light) but at night not so much. The sound for the movie is ran through your AM radio on 650 I believe so the sound quality isn't the best even with my 5.1 surround in the car. I got there early enough to watch the second Men in Black on the DVD in the car and after listing to it via DVD the AM quality from the theater really sucked.
There is nothing like going to a movie with a bucket of chicken and a growler of beer so have fun.
If I ever win the lottery I am 1: going to buy a golf course and 2: Open up a drive in theater that people would want to go to. It could be a big hit if done correctly.
of course I had to take some pictures.
