The car is in pretty good shape. It has been my daily for about three months now and has not given me one issue. After long drives it will leave a couple of drops of oil. It runs and starts great.
The tires are like new. I have a gti steering wheel and golf ball shift knob on it. It currently has corrado seats. The odometer says 70k and rising. I have no idea if it is valid or not. The car has a couple of minor dings and one small dent. Everything works and the car runs, stops, and drives great. The wiring is all straight and the only thing that has been touched is it has a push button to engage the starter. Ignition still works properly otherwise. It has some h&r springs but is not low.

    Needs/could use
    -Ash tray
    -Heater control cable
    -Hood pop cable
    -Shift linkage bushings
-Axle boot has a rip in it. I will include a passenger and driver axle that the previous owner claims are rebuilt. good boots

I have two rabbits right now so I am looking to sell this one or trade for something. I am interested in wagons, bmws, ANYTHING.

Can put on very low mileage racelands if that would make a deal.

Would u be interested in a 92 jetta gli. It has a 2.0 8 valve that I put in. It has ruffly 150k on it. It's on race lands. It needs new weather stripping, could use new linkage kit, ac has been deleted, exhaust work but should be done this week. It has nearly mint stock recaro interior. If ur interested I'll get some pics for u

    Sure. Send me some pictures.

Too bad! I've got far too many cars in my driveway.

'87 Fox Wagon FOR SALE, TDI Jetta, TOO many air-cooled to count
    09-05-2012 03:27 AM #13
I have a bit of a project that I am not really ready to sell yet but a diesel Van is my eventual goal. It is listed in the FOX Classified section-Cars-1987 Barn Find Wagon. It is cleaning up nice and should be on the road in a month. I would consider it worth 15 the way it sits, with a straight PA title. Foxes I'm not to wild about but but a 2 door wagon I am. I'll understand if you don't think it's as groovy as me, but take a look at the pictures please. Thanks, Peace----
