FS: Heavy duty 12'x20' portable garage

I have a ~4 year old Cover-Tech car tent for sale. This is a heavy duty car tent. You can't buy one of these from Canadian Tire or Princess Auto.
My cost was ~$1200 with taxes and delivery. According to the website, the prices haven't changed.

$450 OBO. Will also consider trade for 5x100 to 5x130 adapters.
The included duckbill anchors are one-use, so you will need to buy ~6 anchors. I have a few left over that I will be including.

A little info about the tent (from the website):
-14 oz, 23 mil rip stop polyethylene cover with industrial welded seams (heaviest in the industry)
-1.315", 14 gauge galvanized steel frame (heaviest in the industry)
-arches have welded cross braces and are made in one piece for exceptional wind and snow strength
-fabric has a 10 - 15 year UV treating
-7' high sliding door
-duck bill anchor package and wind straps included
-10 Year UV Warranty on fabric
