Concord/Pleasant Hill GTG

No real consensus on days or frequency so let's just get something going and see what happens. Some liked weekends and others during the week so we got two things going. Date/time/location can change, but for now here are the two opportunities for gtg's.

First will be a biweekly meet, every other Saturday.

Lot is big, so I figure to try and be in this area...



The second is a weekly Thursday gtg that may either start at the Kohl's meeting spot above or just begin directly at the Quickly's import meet. This is hit or miss so just post up in the thread if you plan on going and can try to get a few more heads to follow suit.

ahh man, we had a HUGE showing. /sarcasm. was nice to meet x.D nonetheless and his very clean mk5 jetta. it was last minute and didn't really put the word out on this forum so perhaps better next time. i would say anyone interested in making this bigger to do a little word of mouth/facbook/forum posting/etc.

sorry I didn't catch you guys Saturday night....was coming back from Sac and got delayed. Sisters wedding this Saturday so I'm out but there's a big HWY 1 SF drive on Saturday....pretty sure it's only GTI's....on the golfmk6 forum.

Supposed to get my windows tinted in SF that day and a boat party at Lake Folsom....will try to swing by on my way back if not too late.

Looks like there's a few MKV employees that work somewhere in that shopping center....frequent Ohana BBQ often and usually seem em parked....pretty clean GTI's.

A few of us talked about doing a gtg again in the other thread and I just created a new thread since nobody did. I'm not taking it to heart or anything. If people want different days/times then propose them, nothing was set in stone just what I threw out there to get it started. I won't be able to make this Saturday, gonna be breaking in my new grill.
