Sorry that I missed H2o this year. ( I attended the first beer swap at sowo last year )
AND I already booked our place for 2013! Pretty sure it's a condo right across the street from where we got together... Looking forward to it!

Zack- I added you on untapped!

SoWo's location was prime (Country Inn and Suites), planning on having it there again next year. I booked my room the day dates were announced, haha.

Just grabbed some more Lagunitas (my 2nd favorite brewery behind Rogue) Brown Shugga and some River Horse imperial pumpkins.

      Should be another great weekend.

They pretty much left us alone. There were so many other people doing burnouts and riding without a hood that a bunch of people standing around geeking out over hops didn't really attract any attention. One bike cop came by and just said that since he can't check all our solo cups, he would just ask that we start to move along. But he was pretty chill. It will be better at SoWo.

"I'm sure that is just water in your cups"

Meanwhile there are coolers and 6 packs everywhere, not to mention the open hatch the keg.

I replied "we love to hydrate"

The Flying Dog single hop was a 1 off run, expensive but tasty (however with access to Topper, it pales in comparison.

Wake & Bake is pretty solid for Terrapin (just not as extreme as the ST brews), the Moo-Hoo settled about average with me.

Thanks again, for the Topper! I am hording it like crazy! so far I have only enjoyed one, the hop aromas are sooooo bold, even after the can is empty. You will be proud to know one is getting shipped to CA for a fellow trader.

The Spruce Pumpkin was interesting, you could definitely taste the Spruce. I would like to try some more of the Rock Art stuff.

      -----

Josh, those two sound awesome. I will be looking for your review on untappd!
Well if i can't get my hands on the southern Tier beer we'll have to do some trading, either way if you want more Topper let me know. give me your address via PM I'll send you the RockArt VERMONSTER. "Extremely hoppy" this beer was the reason why RockArt was sued (and won) by Monster beverage. http://www.grapesandgrainsnyc.com/20...ry-vs-monster/

Im quite spoiled due to my location and how VT is known for three things, Maple syrup, Mountains/Ski resorts and BEER. With that being said I have two local Beveys that have two full rooms of random beer from the US and the world at my disposal. Of course that doesn’t mean that they have every beer, so Im down to either trade or ship ya the beer.

I would be looking for single Hop IPAs or Chocolate/etc Stouts Porters

Zach IM'd me so this is part of my response to him..

“AND you’re in luck my, FAVORITE beer of ALL time is debuting their beer in bombers a week from today! 10/22/12. www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/5691
I have a hook up, my GF's girlfriend is dating the master brewer so we have had the privilege of helping them get their recipe on point for bottling. I didnt know that when you produce a beer in keg form the same recipe will not work in bottle form, prob due to the pressuring of the bottle or something like that. Either way you WILL WANT to get bombers, also there is another brewery that just opened called Fiddlehead, www.fiddleheadbrewing.com www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/27919 the master brewer and owner of this new brewery was the master brewer of Magic Hat before they went corporate. Once that happened just about everyone left MH.. so he offers another dank ass hop beer, very drinkable but has the hoppy after taste. You WILL want that, only thing is that it only comes in a growler form. So we could possibly figure something out for that… Oh there is a new brewery in VT that is actually based out of this guys Barn, make batches of only single, double and triple American hop beers called Hill Farmstead http://www.hillfarmstead.com/ very very good also. not sure if they bottle. Then there is Long Trail, all of their beer is very good, You will want to try there Long Trail ale, very good one of my favs and then their Double bag, very good and then they have special brews "Collection Series" which they have triple hop brews.”

      Let me know

Yep. I'm not a HUGE fan of Harpoon, but I certainly am a fan of some of their beers. I'm in Southern CT aka NYC suburbs.
