So everything seems to work with my a/c minus it being cold. I have heated leathers that aren't original. Power mirrors but no switch. And power locks with no switch. Here are pics of wiring.

A switch plugs right into this obviously.

Three open connections. Black plug with green/grey wires.
    White plug with brown wire.
    Brown plug with brown wire.

    Loose connections as well
white plug with a mix if red and brown wires
Some sort of black button and a 20amp fuse. One wire is running back through my center console. The light brown wire.

This is a blue connection. One side has a red and a grey wire. Seems the grey comes from drivers door. And the other side of the connector has the same wires but the red is cut short?

Loose wires. Black plug and white plug.
Possibly for heated seats? Door locks? Or radio chime. I have an aftermarket radio so no chime I'm assuming bc there isn't anything behind the mini speaker grille

Also under the drivers seat there is a black connector that is fitted into a red connector and on the actual seat there is another plug that is open.

Right now my doors lock by hand or by key from the outside. My mirrors are fixed. And my ac doesn't spit out cold air.

Have you verified that the system is charged before you start looking for esoteric electrical explanations?

I have added 800g of r134a to the system already. Passat holds 1150 grams. I can't see any leaks. Belts are running. Lines build pressure and sounds like the clutch engages.
