Interested to see how this will turn out. I have a feeling it will look great.. Good luck getting it all together.

Got the headliner out today and started wrapping it and a few other pieces. Hate the plastic pieces for the sun shade on the rear pillars. Just wrapped over them, not really that noticeable in the car. Lazy ha.

I'm not a big fan of red, but figures you would be since you're in Louisville.
Big props to you for doing what you what and not caring what others think of it. More props for doing it all correctly.
Hope to see it around in person soon. I'll be back up in Louisville for school in August.![]()

Wow I have to say Daniel, in some ways our interiors have some similarities. I am looking forward to seeing the finish product. If you're up for it, I may make a trip down to your neck of the woods to hang out next month.

Haven't been too motivated to work on the car lately. Been busy doing other things. Mostly like staying out of the heat.
Got the shifter in and e-brake cover sprayed. Shifter plate was a pain in the ass to get back on. Ended up making some bolts with threaded rod to hold it in place more.
Also ordered some new fittings to clean up my paddle valve mess.
Got the passenger seat in also. The headliner sagged a bit already toward the rear after a few days in the heat. Got a different adhesive so going to pull it out again soon.
3/4 door cards wrapped. Need to do the drivers door card.

I would use Permatex Headliner and Carpet glue for the headliner. I used it on mine both times and it held up great. Also avoid glueing it in the heat because the adhesive will not set properly and it will cause the fabric to come undone.
Nice progress dude![]()

This stuff? I just picked up some 3m90 to try. I figured it was easy to find locally so could give it a shot. I'm gluing the liner in my basement and letting it dry. Seems solid inside, then a day in the car and it comes undone. Maybe just the product I'm using not holding up?

Yeah that is the exact can. You can get I from Autozone. Spray it, let it set (let it get tacky), then glue the fabric down. I would use a roller (like a small paint roller) to get it to stick to the headliner panel. Also let it sit inside of your house for a 24hour period before installing it.
Sorry for the late response I was out of town and away from a computer.

No problem. If the 90 doesn't work then I'll look into this. Tommy told me about some stuff from Home Depot you can throw through a paint gun, but I really dislike the idea of spraying glue through my gun.
