I'm not familiar with what will backdate from the cars this is being sold for, but it certainly looks like it might work.

Won't work. On the small chassis Audi these are designed for, arms are longer from the subframe to the ball joint. So if you want a lot a lot of camber, run these. The arms on the small chassis Audis are approximately 1 inch longer. Also, these are designed to run a 19mm ball joint, not a 17mm ball joint like the Fox.

This pictures shows the difference in the length of the control arms.

They have my car when they pry my dead cold fingers from the steering wheel.

The tubular arms would be far easier to shorten, if one were so inclined. Hell, 034 might do it for you! Probably not for cheap tho.

I wanted these so bad...but sadly they are too long as stated earlier.
I do have a friend who owns a metal fab shop. He has agreed to make me as set basically identical to these that will fit the Fox. I just haven't pulled the trigger yet. I need to snag an old stock control arm from the junkyard to give him as a template.
Before I get to control arms, he is going to be fabbing chassis braces for me. The plan is for a 3-point upper strut brace (strut tops and firewall), a lower brace to bridge the "horns" on the subframe and an upper rear bar triangulated to the trunk floor. I think the upper front will require battery re-location to use, we shall see.
When I get around to getting this done, I'll let everyone know. I'm sure he would make a few more sets if he had buyers.

If you do this, you should have them made, so they allow the use of the later Audi 4000/early B3 front sway bar. If you notice, the 034 ones do not have this provision. This would allow you to run a 22 or 26mm front bar. It would be a bolt on affair.

Good thinkin'! I will make that happen. I honestly don't think I would want a bigger sway in the front since the Fox already understeers a little to much for my liking, but I could definitely make it work so that you could have the option. No telling when this project will get underway, it's somewhat back burner right now, but when it does I will let everyone know. Ill put up pics of the prototype etc. I don't want to have the only Fox with ridiculously overbuilt suspension, so Ill for sure want to sell a few to the Fox community.

    These look pretty and interesting.

Though I don't see a way to use a sway bar with them...

I'm under the impression anyone racing Fox's is generally running higher spring rates with a heavy rear sway and no front.
Those look so much less burly than 034s too...maybe intended for drag racing not autocross/track use?

O34's look like they could be pretty easily cut down a bit. Not sure that you would need to after replacing the Audi ball joints with Fox parts. You'd end up with more static -camber and a better camber curve, but that's not a bad thing, is it?

One inch is a lot of camber. That is the difference in the length of the control arms.

Would be interesting to have these made available

iMohr has a few models made specifically for the Fox, though they are a bit pricey.
