Thread: Anybody knows a diet that will help you lose 5 pounds in 4 days?

    i just need to lose this weight i have to do a weight in and if i dont have any weight loss my coach will be extremely mad at me

    Put together a pack for 3.5 days and hit the trail. Hike for 12 hours a day not including breaks. The weight will come off.

    Well you could easily cut 5lbs of water weight in that time. Maybe if you gave us some more details we could give better suggestions.

    You could also check out Lyle McDonald's rapid fatloss diet.

    This. Drop some water and you'll be golden. Hell, a nice hangover usually will net me 3-5lbs.

    I lose 5 lbs by sleeping overnight.

    really, anything that makes you poop a lot and you could lose 5lbs in a day or two

    Good call. In other forums he says he's a 268 pound 15 year old, and in another he's 147 pounds and 16 years old. Unless he aged a year in the last few days while losing 120 pounds, he's a spammer.

    Ha... I can see my post-deadlift grammar skills in my previous post.

    But yeah, it's the standard formula... start a thread for its first post, and then in a couple days an advertisement link appears in the sig script.

    If you limit carbs you are pretty much going to lose some water weight.
