Philips Blue Vision 194 on a jetta?

i just brought a 2008 jetta and was wondering if anyone had used this bulbs Philips Blue Vision 194 T10 W5W, to replace the front parking/daylight light bulb next to the high beam??? would it be safe to used it or fit?

if not anyone recommend any bulb to replace the original to match the Diamond Philips bulb at 5000K.
