Am i the only one ?

    received broken headlights
emailed them for weeks with no replies
finally get an answer saying my email went to spam and they would look into the matter (I think they got scared after telling them i would dispute on paypal and credit card + go public about it on forum)
i replied to that right away and it's been weeks again
    SILENCE!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like i got to phone them which means long distance charges

Oh man I really hate to do this, but IMHO I had zero problems with TMTuning.......
Ordered a pretty rare eurospec rear bumper for my B5 Avant. It was a lengthy process, but it arrived as advertised in perfect condition...... Again this was my case. Your results may vary. It was also over 3 years ago, so maybe they are run by total azzhats now. Who knows.

Sorry, but if you received a broken part can you not file a complaint with the shipper? I'm sure that TMT will deny any help and suggest you deal directly with the shipper in the event of any damage due to shipping.

    Sorry you are disappoint

you guys still have long distance charges in Canada? I can't remeber the last time I had to pay a long distance charge... probably 1996 or so.

it doesnt work that way the sender has to file the claim then the carrier has to "investigate" and 9 times out of 10 they will deny any wrong doing saying its the shippers fault for improper packaging, the shipper will then have to fight and usually will win but again itsat least a 2 week process to get anything accomplished

my advice file a dispute with your cc company its the only way to get stuff done

I can't even get their website to load.

I bought some R32 taillights a few years ago without any problems, but looks like things have changed recently. Bummer.

I don't know who the shipper was in this case but if you received damaged items you usually have to contact the shipper (fedex, ups, dhl) to file a claim and not the company you bought items from.

grammar is so poor i'm having a tough time understanding the op.

Really?!? In the grand scheme of "piss poor internet grammar", this post is plenty readable. Yeah there could be a few more punctuation marks but is it really that hard to understand? Dude ordered headlights, they arrived broken, he contacted company, they have largely ignored him and now he has been trying to call them. What's not to understand?

I think the biggest problem is a word missing from the thread title. "Extremely email replies"? The content of the OP itself is clear.

I don't know what you have to do to be a mod, but this thread is embarrassing. Immature rant, bad spelling, trashing on a sponsor.

Bad for business, and bad for the morale of the community.

I don't think you realize what it takes to be a Mod...they aren't held in any other regard nor do they have to be educated. They aren't police officers, just volunteers. He isn't bound by any decree; free to bash any sponsor just like we can.

A overseas parts reseller of hard-to-find European goodness at pretty good prices and people are surprised that they're not batting 1000 when it comes to servicing the customer?

TMtuning are CROOKs and that's all to be said about them. They shut down everything and there phones have been disconnected. They stole $4000 from me

Only way to get your money back is gather all your emails back and forth to them. Call your credit card company and tell them that you have all emails, your not the only person and that they have vanished as a company.

ONLY THEN!!! Will they do something as they have a 90day policy to make a claim

Those **********s stringed me along for 6 months feeding me bull**** till they could vanish with my money that after 90 days you can't do anything about. Well guess what!! That's fraud

They say "restructuring" but when your trying to fix your company, you don't just dissapear while you still have so many outstanding orders. They are done

Their main pages seem to be having a problem but catalogs seem to work unless you try to order something. Strange.

I would appeal with your credit card company ASAP. Looks like those guys flew the coop.

I think it's more embarrassing letting something stress you out for weeks on end for the sake of saving $1.50 on a long distance phone call.

Bought from them in the past with no issues. They even called me once to confirm a shift pattern on a shifter I ordered.

    same.

nothing but great things to say about them. being stationed overseas they suggested i have my shipment go to my actual house address vs my military apo box since they admitted shipments to the states takes a bit of time.

clear customs in germany, clear customs in the states, ground shipment to your house. If you ordered and it was sent out next day, you are looking at 2-4wks for delivery at best.
