    The only .40's that I've shot were a Glock and a Kel-Tec. I think my hatred for polymer framed guns is most of the problem.

    There's nothing wrong with polymer frames it's what I primarily EDC because my Springfield GI Mil spec is just too heavy and cumbersome for this hot summer.

    I won't disagree with you there. They work as they are intended and are a fairly decent substitute for steel or alloy. I just personally don't like them.
