    engine has no power

    I am having some trouble with my 99' A6. I replaced its valve cover gaskets and breather hose but the car wont go over 25. The previous owners kept the oil changed and thats about it, so I was wondering if anyone could help me out here, I am not a car mechanic but I do know the basics.
