6'3, 260 lbs. But I'm working on it jogging a mile a day and cutting back on crap food.
The way I motivate it by realizing that every pound I shed is less weight for my car to have to deal with (actually the main motivation is having Type 1 Diabetes since age 3 and wanting to take better care of myself, but the car thing is true too)

Just sayin. I know you are a basketball player and all you guys are built like gazelles for the sport, and thats how you do well, but im sure you could use some muscle on you. Just my 0.02$
