It looks retarded even from the driver's seat. I just leave the fogs on and have both sides constantly lit up. Plus, it lights the wrong side up. I want to see the wide side lit, not the inboard side that I know is clear.

They don't have much peripheral though, the feature is definitely not for fast driving, but when you're driving around at night in a poorly lit area with lots of awkward turns or curbs, it helps to be able to see what's directly in front and to the side of your wheel. That way you don't hit that awkward pothole on the inside of that funky bend.

Awesome, thanks. I'm going to look for both of these when I get to my car leaving work.

There's a engine sound generator (soundaktor) located next to the ECU, under the wiper arms. Yes, it makes engine noise, for what???

Sun_chip, nice pic, didn't think to do that.
Another thing I learned yesterday; It's a hot day and you've had your windows down (and sunroof open) and want to close them all before you go in for the night; of course there's a VAGCOM for this but can I do it with the real key? Yes, pop the emergency cover off your door handle, insert your key and turn to the left and hold. The car locks and then all windows up and sunroof closes. Pop the cover back on and your on your way.

If it were only that simple...From what I gather I have to replace to the noise pipe with with a tiguan pipe and plug up the holes since I have a 2010.
