Help!! What is this???

Hi all,

looking for a bit of info if possible? Just bought a Caddy with a G60 conversion in it, I noticed this black piece of plastic had some electrical tape round it, took it off and there's a small hole there that's blowing out air, so a couple of questions.

1. what is this?
2. should it be blanked off or should it be piped up and running somewhere?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

that is a one-way valve with a broken of vacuum port


should be replaced with a new one , if you are not using the vacuumport. then cap it

Where does the other end the hose go?

That should go to your brake booster.
