FEELER: '09 Sport 6mt CPO stage 2

I ordered a new 3 series, I have time(about 8-12 weeks).

For sale in Northern NJ, I have a '09 BMP(Black Metallic Pearl) CC 2.0T with a manual transmission(the only way to go, '09 had automatics, no DSG).

It is an early build car so it features memory seat, auto wipers etc, some of these features were not available later in the year.

It is CPO'd to 60k. I leased it brand new and bought it out early. It currently has 52.900k. I did oil changes at the dealer every 5k instead of 10k knowing I was buying the car.

It's condition is excellent. There is one small ding on the entire car, a couple of chips on the nose which can be touched up. It has had no accidents. For full disclosure, my wife brushed the rear door with her bumper and instead of living with it I had my local body shop fix it.

The interior is black leatherette and reads as if nearly new. I did just note a bit of peeling on the coating by the key insert on the dash, I am going to have that replaced with the CPO warranty.

Other things replaced by CPO:

-Water pump and complete intake manifold at 39k
-All 4 coil packs have been replaced over the past couple of months
-The steering column recall was done
-Dash rattle was fixed
-New shift knob, other had a clear coat peel.
-Drivers interior Door handle was replaced for peeling
-Maybe some other small stuff I am forgetting

Modifications included:

-APR stage 1 tune with STOCK-91-93-100 programs, running STOCK file right now so people test drive it before showing them the other tunes.
-BSH tq mount insert

-RCD 510 touchscreen swap. Not currently wired for Sirius, but comes with the Fakra cable to connect to the antennae to restore SAT RADIO
-GTI aluminum clutch and brake pedals
-EBC RedStuff rear brake pads


Car runs great, has CPO left, no CEL's, and I still get deep into the 30's MPG wise on the highway.

Again, $15,500 or best offer. It's an amazing price, the only car close to it was no warranty, no goodies, and 70k miles for $1000 more. It's also on CL.

All the mods are there, as you scroll down they get less current so ones at the bottom do not show the clear parking lights or GTI pedals.

The details of the CPO are it's a bumper to bumper warranty up till 60k.

The car is being professionally reflashed to stage 1 and will be test driven using the stock file.

As of Sunday, stock Pheonix 17's will be back on the car with nearly new tires.

I am about a week from trading the car in to Carmax.

All someone has to do is give me the same money that Carmax will give me.

I am likely just trading it in, at a VERY low price unless a local friends father wants the car at the same price.

The car is likely going to be sold for UNDER $14,300. If you were on the fence, you might want to get off it lol.

Guy on CL who emailed me last week had the buyer back out of his Golf. He plans on selling his Golf this weekend.

If he does, he is officially buying mine at the agreed price of $14,400.

If anyone else wants the car, it's theirs. If the week or two goes by, he will hopefully follow through.

CL guy who needed to sell his Golf first is getting a loan for my CC so that he does not lose out on it.

He is coming Sunday, $14,350. A second guy is also coming to look a it also.

I will close this once I have a deposit and car is paid in full.
